Mike Reed

Mike resides in Irondequoit with his wife and four children ages 24 to 4 years old. He holds licenses with NY State as a Home Inspector and Mold Assessor, as well as, Certifications from InterNACHI in chimney, pool, pest and deck inspections. Mike worked his way through college as a carpenter and electrician then left the trades and spent 15+years in non-for-profit management. He returned to construction as a project manager for a local company remodeling 450 town homes and apartments, then as project lead for large national company managing the installation of light commercial and residential solar systems. Mike launched All County Home Inspections in 2014 combining his years of experience in management and construction with a goal of meeting all your inspections needs.

Todd Bezenah

Todd holds licenses in New York State as a Mold Assessor and Real Estate Agent. He has 20+ years experience in Operations/Real Estate acquisitions, development, and management. He is currently a Board Member with Webster Youth Hockey where he volunteers as a Coach/Manager. Todd resides in Webster, NY with his wife and 2 boys.

Justin Kesel

Justin grew up in Webster and now lives in Irondequoit with his wife and newborn son. He went to college at SUNY Brockport for environmental science and worked as a commercial diver doing underwater welding, construction and inspections. In between diving jobs, Justin began working with All County Home Inspections, assisting Mike Reed whenever he could. In 2017, Justin decided to make home inspection his priority and became a licensed home inspector to continue growing in his career and with All County Home Inspection. With countless hours of field work in home inspections and a strong background in science as well as heavy industry, Justin is ready and fully capable of providing the highest quality service for your inspection needs.

Terri Beneway

Terri grew up way out in Kansas and later moved to West Irondequoit with her husband and son. Terri joined All County Home Inspections in March of 2018 as our office manager and certified pool inspector. She came to us with a wealth of customer service skills and knowledge of pools, and since then she has only expanded on her knowledge and skills. Her passion for this role began at the YMCA in 2002 where she worked in the aquatics department. Terri then transitioned to full time inspector and is one of the only active female inspectors in Rochester. Terri continues to follow her passion regarding water safety by inspecting pools and teaching children to swim.

Norm Frazier

Norm has been in the construction field for 20 years. Norm currently resides in Holland, NY with his family. He is a licensed NYS Home Inspector and ready to meet your home inspection expectations across the Buffalo area.

Jim Barron

INSPECTOR

Jim enjoys helping people, especially first-time home buyers as they venture into home ownership. He’s an advocate for the buyer, and enjoys educating potential owners on how they can make informed decisions regarding the condition of a home. Jim retired from the NY State Police in 2015, after 25 years as a Trooper and has two daughters, ages 24 and 25. He resides in Clarence, NY.

Devin Vanderzee

Inspection assistant

Devin grew up in Trumansburg and currently resides in North Winton Village area of Rochester. He graduated with Bachelors in 2016 SUNY Brockport where he is currently working on his Master’s in Public Administration and expecting to graduate in 2022. He has been with us as an Inspection Assistant for the past four years and is actively pursuing a NY State Home Inspection License and Designation as a FEMA Disaster Housing Inspector.

Dave Clark

Inspection CONSULTANT AND TRAINER

David Clark is a New York State licensed home inspector (16000013312), and has been conducting home inspections, consultations and property renovations since 1985. He started the Buffalo Home inspection Service in 1993 (incorporated 01/95). David has personally conducted thousands of property inspections & consultations. He is a former 20 year Certified Inspector with ASHI; the American Society of Home Inspectors (1998-2018). He is a Certified Housing Inspector with ICC; International Code Council. David is approved by the New York State DOS Bureau of Educational Standards for Home Inspection Instruction and continuing education. David developed the Turn Key Home Inspection System, which is a synergistic, method for conducting home inspections. He designed and developed Inspectcheck.net which is a cloud based digital home inspection reporting system used by many home inspectors. David has conducted the NYS home inspector licensing course and approved continuing education for many individuals since 1999. He is also a NYS Home Inspector Subject Matter Expert. He has written many technical articles that have been published.
